The property consist of an empty agricultural field located at Kiti Village of Larnaca District. The property is situated at a locality known as “Palioxanouta”, on the north side of the village, about 345 meters west of Kiti - Dromolaxia connecting road, about 315 meters north of the Local Community Stadium and about 1.2 kilometres north of the centre of the village.

The property, has an irregular L-shape and an even land topography and morphology. The property does not have a direct access to a public registered road. It is only 165 meters northwest away from a public registered road. Its northwest side abuts onto the boundaries of Tersefanou Village. The property is affected by a future passage of a primary importance road, of about 22 m2, which will provide to the property under survey, sufficient access in the future. Further, the property abuts onto the boundaries of the residential zone H3, however, the zone intervenes by the passage of the future road.
